Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Student Accommodation Administrator to join a busy and dynamic team on a 3-month temporary basis from 1st July - 1st October.
This is primarily a Customer Service/ Administration focused role, supporting the end-to-end management of accommodation processes, systems, and documentation, while also assisting with customer queries via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all back-office customer enquiries via phone and email
Manage and resolve accommodation-related queries from start to finish
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant
Support system users and troubleshoot issues (e.g. bookings, contracts)
Assist with reporting, data input, and administrative processes
About You
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Accurate and efficient data entry and record management experience
Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Windows-based programmes
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Professional, reliable, and able to maintain high standards of customer service
Punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
Location - Coventry City Centre
Hours: 08:30 -17:00 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover required
Duration: 3 months
