We are working within an Independent 'Kent based' Travel Management company, who are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their close-knit team!
Key Responsibilities: Consultant
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Make domestic and international flight booking using GDS
Book hotels, transfers and other ancillary items
Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation.
Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or related reservations
Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or experience with booking platforms.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Certificate or diploma in Travel and Tourism (desirable)
Personal passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations
