Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential new clients
- Generate leads through cold calling and targeted outreach
- Promote services to decision-makers
- Qualify prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
- Support smooth client onboarding and aftercare
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
About You
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships
- Previous experience in business development, telesales, lead generation, or customer service is beneficial
