Project Manager – Operational & IT Change

Wolverhampton (On-site)


We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of operational, IT, and business change initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


This is a highly visible role where you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery and post-implementation review, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of projects across IT, ERP, operational and commercial change
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are aligned
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
  • Identifying risks, driving mitigation strategies, and ensuring smooth project execution
  • Managing external vendors where required
  • Tracking KPIs and delivering clear, concise updates to senior leadership
  • Ensuring strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Driving structured project governance and capturing lessons learned


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven Project Management experience within a manufacturing or operational environment
  • Strong experience delivering IT and business change projects (ERP exposure highly desirable)
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with structured project methodologies (PRINCE2, Waterfall, Prosci)
