Full-time 40 hours per week between 7am - 7pm

We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin in the planning dept. This to join a well-established company based in Bradford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone with administrative and customer service skills who is looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable organisation.
The Role:
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Scheduling and coordinating planning activities efficiently
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience at all times
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Previous administration and/or planning experience preferred
Good attention to detail and confident IT skills
Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
Reliable, punctual, and happy to work fully on-site
