11 months ago, Rory was a tree surgeon. 🌳No sales experience. No network. No shortcuts.
Since joining Gemba, he has:
- Doubled his salary through commission + bonus alone (in just 10 months)
- Closed his first £50K deal
- Achieved £100K months (that's up to £12K commission in one month)
- Worked with companies like Colgate, Merck, Danaher and GE Aerospace (if you don't know them - they're huge!)
- Made company history twice
Nothing was handed to him. He showed up, did the work, and got better every week. He took early calls and late calls. Scheduled meetings during his lunch break. Treated the role like his own business.
This role is the same. You could be Rory.
You’ll start as a BDR. You’ll learn fast. You’ll prospect hard. You’ll get rejected a lot. And if you stick with it, you’ll build a career most people never access.

**The base salary for this role is £27,000**
This role is onsite in Old Street at least 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday).
