At PFM Intelligence Group, we’re looking for a motivated Project Co-ordinator to join our growing Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in administration, quality assurance, operations support, logistics, or project coordination and wants to take the next step towards becoming a Project Manager.

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. As your experience grows, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller projects and develop towards a Junior Project Manager role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex tasks, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and continuously learning in a fast-paced technology and services environment.

What you’ll do

Project Coordination & Support

  • Support Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer projects.
  • Track project progress and ensure key actions, milestones, and deadlines are achieved.
  • Coordinate activities between internal departments including Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations.
  • Assist with scheduling site surveys, installations, and project-related activities.
  • Attend project meetings and document actions and follow-up activities.

Project Administration & Quality

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation including RAMS, survey reports, installation documentation, and handover packs.
  • Ensure project information within internal systems remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support quality assurance processes by checking documentation, project data, and project deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist with project reporting and status updates.

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Review and validate incoming sales orders to ensure all required information is available before project initiation.
  • Create and maintain project records within company systems.
  • Raise and process Purchase Orders as required.
  • Support logistics coordination for equipment, materials, and installations.
  • Assist with service handovers and post-project administration.

Continuous Improvement & Development

  • Identify opportunities to improve project administration and delivery processes.
  • Develop knowledge of project management methodologies and best practice.
  • Gradually take ownership of smaller project activities and workstreams as experience develops.
  • Participate in training and development activities designed to support progression into project management.

What do you bring?

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operational, quality, logistics, coordination, or project support role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues across different departments.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in project management.
  • Experience working in a project, operations, or service delivery environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
