Project Engineer (MEP)
Location: London
Salary: 70,000 - 85,000
Overview
We're looking for a Project Engineer (MEP) to support the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across construction projects. You'll play a key role in coordinating design, site activities, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, coordination, and programme tracking
- Review drawings and technical documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance
- Assist with reporting, cost tracking, and documentation
- Promote strong health & safety standards
Requirements
- Qualification in Engineering, Construction, or related field
- Experience in construction or MEP environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-focused
