Position Details
  • Job Title: Project Administrator
  • Location: Warrenpoint
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Reporting To: Contracts Manager

About you:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within a technical or construction environment
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Relevant administration qualification or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
  • Manage project documentation and update progress reports regularly
  • Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars
  • Assist in maintaining compliance and health & safety standards
  • Support general office administration to keep the project team organised and efficient
