You'll also play a key role in creating client-facing materials including pitch decks, tenders, presentations, and marketing collateral that help showcase AP&Co's creative vision and win new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career within a fast-paced luxury events business while gaining exposure to both creative development and commercial projects.

  • Support the creation of pitch decks, client presentations, and tender submissions for new business opportunities
  • Help translate creative ideas into compelling visual proposals and presentation materials
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral, case studies, capability decks, and branded documents
  • Conduct research into trends, venues, suppliers, competitors, and client sectors to support pitches and proposals
  • Work closely with the Head of Creative Development to ensure all presentation materials reflect AP&Co's luxury brand positioning
  • Contribute to moodboards, creative research, and concept development across multiple projects

Content Creation & Brand Marketing

  • Create engaging social media content across events and projects, including photography and short-form video
  • Capture and edit high-quality content that reflects AP&Co's luxury aesthetic
  • Support the planning and delivery of photoshoots, including styling, sourcing props, and set preparation
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and social media activity
  • Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing and brand communications
  • Support the ongoing development of AP&Co's marketing materials and digital presence

Event Delivery & Styling

On-site, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of creative concepts:

  • Assist with styling, sourcing, and creative installation across a variety of events
  • Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure creative details are executed to a high standard
  • Support event set-up and breakdown
  • Build relationships with venues, suppliers & clients

  • Help ensure creative concepts are delivered consistently from planning through to execution

Creative Coordination & Administration

  • Assist with presentations, design files, and branded assets across digital and print
  • Coordinate creative resources, supplier information, and project documentation
  • Maintain and update pitch deck templates, case studies, image libraries, and marketing materials
  • Organise creative assets and project files to ensure consistency across the business
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines and priorities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the creative team

What We're Looking For

  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • Days in lieu for any weekends or bank holidays worked
  • Daily staff lunch provided
  • Staff outings and social events throughout the year
