About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Excel Administrator to join their team in Sittingbourne. This position will support business operations by maintaining accurate data, producing reports, and improving administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and internal databases
- Analyse data and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders
- Use Excel functions including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Provide administrative and data support to various departments
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
Key Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data handling, reporting, and analysis
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administrative or data-focused role is desirable
