Telephone Receptionist
Full-Time Monday Friday 8:30am 5:30pm
Must drive due to location MK46

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Telephone Receptionist to join their busy office team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and highly organised individual with previous reception or switchboard experience who is confident managing a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role as the first point of contact for callers, ensuring calls are handled efficiently, professionally, and directed promptly to the appropriate department.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Transfer calls quickly and accurately across the business
  • Take and relay messages where required
  • Maintain an organised and efficient approach during busy periods
  • Provide a professional first impression to clients and customers
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous reception, switchboard, or telephone-based customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Confident working within a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
  • Ability to reliably commute to the office location
