Business Development Manager
Location: The South
Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 + car + commission

The role as Business Development Manager plays a pivotal part in growing the Southern area. It's a truly exciting opportunity to join a thriving business and grow an already performing region, maximising its true potential.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Proactively discover, pursue, and uphold a steady pipeline, grasping
market intricacies to bolster business expansion.
• Foster robust connections with UK Ambulance Services, paramedics, ambulance converters, distributors, and key decision makers.
• Exhibit confidence in demonstrating equipment, becoming an expert in the field and upselling through extensive knowledge of product range and customers individual needs.
• Strategically plan and prepare for customer engagements in advance, consistently maximising growth potential.
Skills and Requirements:
- A proven track record of business development within the manufacturing industry, preferably medical equipment
- Strong experience in demonstrating a product range, showcasing key features and attributes
- A tenacious, ambitious, driven individual with experience opening up new business opportunities and growing key relationships
- Experience dealing with the NHS and key decision makers within the ambulance industry whether public sector or private is desirable
- This role requires a UK Driving License
