The successful candidate will manage day-to-day account administration, support temporary workforce processes, maintain accurate records in the ATS and other systems, and act as a key point of contact for workers and clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for assigned accounts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Coordinate temporary workforce allocation to meet client demand, monitor attendance and report daily metrics and KPIs to the Account Manager.

  • Respond to worker and client enquiries regarding pay, holiday, attendance and contractual matters, escalating complex issues where necessary.

  • Maintain compliance records and ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and internal policies.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, updating documentation and sharing best practice with the team.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven administrative experience, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Confident organiser with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands under pressure.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients, workers and internal teams.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn ATS, payroll and HR systems.

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for temporary labour or experience working in recruitment or on-site account support is desirable.

  • Previous experience working across multiple client sites or providing occasional out-of-hours support.

What we offer:

  • Structured training and development with clear progression opportunities.

  • Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

  • Supportive, values-led working environment and access to modern systems and tools.

Additional information:

  • Some flexibility required for occasional out-of-hours cover and travel to client sites.

  • We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
