Salary: 28,000 plus bonus
About the role:
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our Account Managers and on-site teams in delivering a reliable and compliant service to clients. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day account administration, support temporary workforce processes, maintain accurate records in the ATS and other systems, and act as a key point of contact for workers and clients.
Key responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support for assigned accounts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes: complete right-to-work checks, register new starters in the ATS, manage inductions and maintain personnel records.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll documentation and timesheet data within required deadlines, liaising with payroll and HR teams to resolve queries.
Coordinate temporary workforce allocation to meet client demand, monitor attendance and report daily metrics and KPIs to the Account Manager.
Respond to worker and client enquiries regarding pay, holiday, attendance and contractual matters, escalating complex issues where necessary.
Maintain compliance records and ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and internal policies.
Support recruitment activities for accounts as required: place adverts, screen applications, arrange interviews and assist with onboarding.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies, updating documentation and sharing best practice with the team.
Essential skills and experience:
Proven administrative experience, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Confident organiser with strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands under pressure.
Good verbal and written communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients, workers and internal teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn ATS, payroll and HR systems.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for temporary labour or experience working in recruitment or on-site account support is desirable.
Desirable:
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Previous experience working across multiple client sites or providing occasional out-of-hours support.
