A temporary opportunity is available for an organised and detail focused individual to support day to day logistics and export coordination activities within a busy operational setting.

This role is central to ensuring smooth flow of outgoing items and maintaining accurate tracking, communication, and scheduling across multiple internal processes and external partners.

You will work closely with different teams to support coordination activities, monitor status updates, and help ensure that all required processes run efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch and movement of items
• Liaise with external service providers to ensure timely scheduling and execution
• Support internal coordination and scheduling activities
• Track items held in offsite locations and provide status updates when required
• Identify and escalate any cost or process related issues
• Support ongoing improvements to operational workflows

Experience Required :

• Previous administration or coordination experience
• Confident use of standard office systems (e.g. MS Office)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to meet background/security screening requirements (including reference checks)
